I’m Alexandra Northern, licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience in family systems, individual work, parenting support, juvenile justice, and mediation. At the heart of all this work is one simple truth: I love helping people find clarity, connection, and a sense of possibility—even in the middle of struggle.

There’s something deeply meaningful about sitting with someone in their real, unfiltered experience and helping them feel understood. Whether it’s a parent trying to show up differently for their child, a teenager working through big emotions, or someone navigating conflict or transition, I’m drawn to the moments where growth starts to happen.

My approach is grounded, collaborative, and curious. I believe people are inherently resilient—and that with the right support, they can move through even the hardest things with more insight, intention, and self-compassion. Being part of that process is why I do this work.
